You must be at least 18 years old to book services. By booking, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Booking and Payment
- All appointments must be booked online or through our booking portal.
- Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Prices may vary based on service type, location, and requested upgrades.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48-72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of payment.
- Lavender Mobile Spa reserves the right to cancel appointments due to staff illness, emergency, or unsafe environments.
5. Code of Conduct
Clients and providers are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conditions.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
Lavender Mobile Spa is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or medical issues resulting from services unless caused by gross negligence. Always consult with your physician before receiving spa treatments if you have medical concerns.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, images, text, etc.) is the property of Lavender Mobile Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
