4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of payment.
Lavender Mobile Spa reserves the right to cancel appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or unsafe environments.

5. Code of Conduct

Clients and providers are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conditions.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Lavender Mobile Spa is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or medical issues resulting from services unless caused by gross negligence. If you have medical concerns, please consult your physician before receiving spa treatments.
